Allison Companies Inc. is a widely-known licensed contractor building swimming pools and operating for over 40 years for residential and commercially owned properties in Nashville, TN. This position requires experience in the construction industry and knowledge of construction, maintenance, repair, plumbing, leak testing and other related elements of building a swimming pool. OSHA certifications, forklift training, bobcat work, excavation, heater, plumbing and electrical expertise not required but recommended . Helpful to have worked with carpentry, blue prints/plans and electrical/mechanical systems. Awareness of municipal and state permitting processes and requirements is also good experience for this position. Many projects begin and end over several months according to contractor's schedule and job requires respectful time management and productivity to complete the project on time and within scope. Pay is commensurate according to experience and talent.
