Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where your expertise in electrical, pheumatic, and mechanical repair will keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in maintaining, repairing, and installing a wide range of equipment, including Fine Blanking Presses 250 -to-800- ton, CNC machines, and Double Disk Grinders. As a key player in our maintenance operations, you'll ensure that all mechanical and electrical systems operate reliably, creating a safe and comfortable environment. Your proactive approach and technical knowledge will drive operational excellence and support our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on all mechanical systems. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently. Repair or replace mechanical / electrical / pneumatic equipment to ensure optimal performance. Install new equipment following specifications and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions for compliance and future reference. Be able to work overtime on short notice Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocol. Experience 3 to 5 Year Experience Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately. Knowledge of maintenance operations related to MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) processes. Tools reqiured Excellent service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members about technical issues. Professional qualities that enable guiding junior technicians or assisting in training new team members are a plus.
