We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician in Jackson, TN to support operations in a high-production feed mill environment. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on production and mobile equipment to minimize downtime and help support daily production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance mindset, be comfortable working independently, and thrive in an industrial, dusty environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues Change oil, grease equipment, and complete routine service tasks Perform chain and sprocket maintenance and speed chain adjustments Replace spare chains, clamps, and LED lighting components Support maintenance needs for pellet mill and mixing operations Assist with general truck and mobile equipment maintenance Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) Work to minimize equipment downtime and support tonnage goals Maintain a clean and safe work area Required Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in an industrial, or production environment Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with LOTO procedures Comfortable working in confined spaces Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must have a valid driver's license Must own basic hand tools Ability to work in a dirty, dusty industrial environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems Ideal Candidate Traits Strong maintenance mindset, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
