Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine maintenance across various systems. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive appliance repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues across a variety of equipment and systems. Perform various landscaping duties. Complete vacant unit turn arounds. Duties include but not limited to: cleaning, painting, stripping/waxing of floors, and various repairs. Experience Proven service technician experience with a strong background in appliance repair and equipment maintenance. Construction or building maintenance background is a plus for handling facility repairs. Graduate from high school or equivalent.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
