We are looking for you to: Perform light maintenance, minor repairs, and routine inspections of facility equipment and systems. Maintain general facility upkeep, including painting, moving furniture and equipment, completing minor building repairs, and clearing walkways as assigned. Follow all safety protocols and health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Remove debris, empty trash, and clean stairways, hallways, and high-traffic areas. Perform heavy lifting and safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies for room setups, facility changes, and special events. Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, stripping old wax, applying new floor finish, buffing, and polishing vinyl tile, concrete, and hardwood floors. Vacuum, shampoo, extract, and steam-clean carpets and upholstery to maintain cleanliness and appearance. Operate heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment, including floor buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, and other facility maintenance machinery. Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with established safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Basic experience in facility maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding safety and equipment operations. Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines. Who is Allegiance?
