Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment Repair and troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and tools such as ohmmeters and hand tools Conduct HVAC system repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal climate control within the facility Carry out plumbing repairs, including pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and system maintenance Execute carpentry tasks such as installing or repairing doors, cabinets, shelving, and interior fixtures Engage in maintenance painting projects to uphold the facility's appearance and safety standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repair logs for reporting to accounting Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client requests promptly and professionally Landscaping at our various facilities Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in building interior maintenance and facilities upkeep Proficiency with electrical work, including electrical equipment repair and troubleshooting electrical systems Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, schematics, and testing devices such as ohmmeters Knowledge of HVAC systems including repair, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance procedures Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices to optimize facility performance Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and vendors Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately Residential painting skills for interior touch-ups or larger refurbishment projects Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism Join us as a Maintenance Handyman to bring your technical expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills directly contribute to operational excellence.
