Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our community through a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. Your expertise will help maintain a comfortable, efficient environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike. Responsibilities Operate basic hand tools or power tools while utilizing safety measures Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally. Effective communication and customer service skills for working respectfully with residents, coworkers, and vendors. Proficiency in residential plumbing tasks, including repairing leaks, installing and maintaining fixtures, and troubleshooting water and sewer issues. Qualifications Ability to follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner either independently or as part of a team Some maintenance and plumbing experience necessary Strong work ethic & attention to detail Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn Effective communication and customer service skills for working respectfully with residents, coworkers and vendors Ability to work outdoor in the elements year round Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Join us if you're passionate about maintaining safe, functional spaces while delivering top-tier service!
