Overview Join a premier residential community as an Apartment Maintenance Technician dedicated to maintaining a luxurious, Class A environment. In this dynamic role, you will be the key to ensuring our community remains a pristine, safe, and welcoming place for residents and visitors alike. Your expertise in maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance knowledge will help uphold the high standards of our community. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to deliver exceptional service and maintain the integrity of a top-tier property. Duties Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct repairs and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and facilities equipment to ensure optimal operation. Utilize hand tools. Execute building interior maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry repairs, drywall patching, and flooring touch-ups to uphold aesthetic standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including schematics interpretation and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) inventory management. Respond promptly to resident service requests with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial maintenance. Knowledge and/or familiarity with HVAC certifications is preferred. Ability to perform plumbing repairs and system maintenance effectively. Experience with carpentry, painting, and general facilities equipment maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety compliance on-site. Pay:
From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
