Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated multi craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems. This role involves supervising maintenance activities, fabricating necessary components, and ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff. Duties Coordinate and follow maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards. Fabricate parts and components as needed to support equipment repairs and upgrades. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and other facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues Collaborate with team members to develop effective maintenance strategies that enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems including blueprints and schematics. Work well with others. Proficiency in welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with programable logic controllers and their applications in industrial settings. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
