Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems including JCFord oven, LENIN oven and machinery, refrigeration equipment. Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes quickly and accurately. Install, troubleshoot, and repair various appliances and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex mechanical problems efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and operational tracking. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair, service technician roles, or mechanical systems repair with a focus on industrial oven. Strong knowledge of schematics, oven system repair, refrigeration technology, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to operate equipment repair tools and perform appliance installation confidently. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with leadership skills to guide junior team members when necessary. Customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients about repairs or maintenance needs.
