In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of building systems and equipment to keep our facilities running smoothly. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all staff and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills in a fast-paced setting that values proactive maintenance and teamwork. Duties o Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities equipment including but not limited to: HVAC systems Chiller systems Compress Air systems Lighting Plumbing systems o Oversee activities by outside service providers related to facility building system maintenance Requirements High School Diploma. Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) (Industrial Maintenance or relevant field of study) Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance 2-5 years of relative experience (e.g. HVAC Technician) Section 608 Technician Certification Organizational skills
