Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of housekeeping areas, must perform regular inspections of resident rooms/units for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of assigned duties. Summary As a Floor Technician in a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, you will utilize your core skills in cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Your expertise in buffing and janitorial practices will enhance the facility's appearance and hygiene.
