Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position includes light plumbing and electrical, sheetrock repairs, painting, cleaning, preparing units for rent, and performing general maintenance work orders. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Conduct mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring all machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. Oversee facilities maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repairs. Execute residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support maintenance operations. Requirements Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Proficiency in residential painting techniques. Ability to maintain equipment effectively while adhering to safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between sites.
