The Janitorial Maintenance Technician duties and responsibilities would include general cleaning of building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. This includes mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling, washing and cleaning windows. Responsibilities are included by not limited to: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping) Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock supplies Painting Lighting replacement Woodwork Building & Site Some heavy lifting Operate heavy equipment
