Position Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure that JourneyPure's facilities are safe, clean, and well-functioning for clients, staff, and visitors. This hands-on role performs a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks to support a positive, welcoming treatment environment. Benefits 401(k) (After 90 days of continuous employment) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance (Offered after 60 days of employment) Competitive Compensation Responsibilities Perform general maintenance duties including painting, electrical repair, wall repair, door and window replacement, lock replacement, telephone repair, and plumbing maintenance. Handle all maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner. Maintain clean and safe facility grounds including lawn care, parking lots, driveways, trees, and shrubs. Keep an ongoing list of department and facility maintenance needs and supplies. Order and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning supplies, towels, linens, and toiletries. Make monthly inspection reports to support quality assurance activities. Assist the Facilities Manager with safety and disaster drills when requested. Report any safety hazards, broken equipment, or significant maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Experience in general building maintenance, repair, or a related trade preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license preferred. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
