The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred. Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check. Pay & Benefits 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday

• Friday from 8:00am
• 5:00pm. $18
• 19.00 per hour, depending upon experience $35 per paycheck fuel reimbursement + $15 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement provided Position is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
