Wright Properties is looking for a dependable and organized Morning Maintenance Coordinator to assist with the daily coordination of maintenance requests for our rental properties. This is an in-office position and is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, communicating with vendors and property owners, and keeping multiple maintenance jobs organized.
Pay:
$14-$16 per hour, based on experience

Monday-Friday Location:
In office Responsibilities Enter vendor work orders and maintenance requests into our property management system Review open work orders and determine which jobs need to be scheduled or followed up on Contact vendors and coordinate scheduling for repairs and maintenance Communicate with property owners to obtain approval for maintenance work when needed Follow up on pending approvals, estimates, and scheduled repairs Keep work order notes, vendor information, and job statuses accurate and up to date Communicate with office staff regarding maintenance progress and completed jobs Assist with other maintenance-related administrative duties as needed Qualifications Comfortable using computers and learning property management software Good typing and data-entry skills Strong organization and attention to detail Professional phone, email, and communication skills Able to manage several work orders and priorities at the same time Dependable and able to work independently Previous property management, maintenance coordination, vendor coordination, or office experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with different people throughout the day. This position plays an important role in making sure maintenance requests are properly documented, approved, scheduled, and followed through to completion.
Compensation:
$14.00-$16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
