About Us EverBlue Pool Pros, LLC is a trusted provider of swimming pool maintenance and repair services across the Mid-South region. We serve both residential and commercial properties, including hotels, apartment complexes, and homeowners' associations. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, reliable service to all our clients. Position Overview We are seeking a Pool Technician with a strong background in servicing both residential and commercial pools. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs for various residential and commercial pool systems to ensure they remain in excellent working condition.
Compensation and schedule Pay range:
$18 to $22 per hour, based on experience and certifications Full time, year round, with peak season running roughly April through September Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday service calls during peak season Paid drive time, company vehicle, fuel, and tools provided What you will do Service a daily route of residential and commercial pools, including cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, and skimming Test water chemistry and apply chemicals to maintain proper balance Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automated controllers Document each service visit in Skimmer, our service management app, including chemistry readings and any issues found Communicate clearly with clients and property managers when issues come up Coordinate your daily route with Alex, our dispatcher, who handles scheduling so you can focus on the work Recommend repairs and upgrades when you see them in the field What we need from youRequired:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain Reliable, on time, and professional with clients Smartphone comfort for using pool management and route apps Strongly preferred: 2 or more years servicing residential or commercial pools Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, or willingness to earn it within 90 days (we will pay for it) Experience troubleshooting pool equipment: pumps, heaters, filters, salt cells, automationJob Types:
