Job Description
Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for an apartment complex in Oak Ridge, TN. Work schedule is Monday
- Friday, 8:00am
- 5:00pm daily. 2 years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred. $19.00
