Responsibilities Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as required. Perform routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing systems, and general maintenance procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Must possess a valid driver's license for travel between job sites.
