• We close at 1 PM Fridays! Web-Don supplies cabinets and countertops to builders and trade customers across the Southeast region. We're looking for a detail-driven Customer Support & Order Management Specialist — the person customers trust to get their order right, from the first question to accurate, on-time delivery. What you'll do
• Be the primary contact for trade customers on cabinets and countertops.
• Enter and manage orders accurately in our order system (we'll train you).
• Build relationships with repeat customers and learn our products.
• Partner with our sales team on quotes, specs, and the full order cycle. What we're looking for
• 2+ years in customer service, order processing, or inside sales support.
• A track record of accuracy with orders, data entry, or detailed records.
• Comfortable with computer / order-entry systems.
• Building materials, cabinets, countertops, kitchen & bath, or distribution experience is a big plus (not required).
