Handle apartment repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) Complete service requests & on-call emergencies Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities Manage maintenance tools, supplies, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or

GED HVAC

experience; EPA Type II or Universal preferred 2yrs+ apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience Ability to handle on-call rotation Strong communication & problem-solving skills Reliable transportation & basic tools Why Brookside?
