Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Handyman Tech to join our maintenance team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help create safe, functional, and welcoming environments across residential and commercial properties. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, calk ceilings, change light bulbs, tiles, dry wall, and building interior features to ensure optimal operation. Chattanooga, TN position available. Carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks to maintain facility aesthetics and functionality. Use hand tools and electrical equipment repair techniques to address repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Assist with installation projects such as fixtures or minor structural modifications following technical schematics. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients or team members about repair status or maintenance needs. Qualifications Hands-on skills with hand tools and electrical equipment repair. Residential painting is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English; capable of basic handy man repairs. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
