Maintenance Technician - Affordable Housing Portfolio (Anderson County, TN) We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our affordable housing property portfolio in Anderson County, TN. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and capable of performing a wide range of general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance across multiple properties Plumbing work, including basic repairs and troubleshooting Painting and unit make-ready preparation Change locks and maintain key systems Install and repair light fixtures Service and repair toilets and related bathroom fixtures Conduct routine HVAC check-ups (HVAC certification preferred) Replace air filters and perform preventative maintenance Support various other general maintenance needs as they arise

Qualifications:

Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field HVAC certification is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Weekend on-call required
