Position is a 1099 independent contractor position. Must be able to pass a background check. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various door products and systems, ensuring that all installations are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have reliable vehicle able to transport large and smaller doors, tools of the trade, general liability insurance policy, lead removal certified and a smart phone. Duties Install products and systems according to specifications and safety standards. Utilize tools and equipment effectively that are provided by installer. Conduct thorough inspections of installed systems to ensure proper functionality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process and making sure customer is 100% satisfied with job done before leaving installation site. Communicate scheduling needs ahead of time by utilizing individuals calendar. Maintain professional demeanor and a thoroughly cleaned up job site at the end of each project. Leaving it better than you found it. Time management and ability to be on time during arrival windows. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and implement effective solutions. Experience Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Training can be provided. If experienced, a ride along will still be required to showcase experience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. A commitment to safety practices and quality workmanship is essential.
