Job Description
SUMMARY Quality Industries is seeking experienced Maintenance Technician. 2nd shift As a Maintenance Technician you may be required to perform tasks involved in the upkeep of the building and grounds, installation, maintenance, maintaining and repairing of hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical and electrical systems on all production machines, equipment and building.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to the following, other duties may be applied; Perform general maintenance duties on building and machines. Be able to perform preventative maintenance on the machines. Assists in servicing and replacing minor plumbing fixtures. Performs minor electrical work not requiring a licensed electrician such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, bending conduit, Run electrical circuits up to 480V. Assists in minor carpentry and repair work. Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, and/or oiling to ensure optimum working order. Performs related duties as required. Follow Plant specified job specification and task list. Has the Authority and Responsibility to report non-conformity product Accountability Timely and responsive reports and documents Specified and accurate inspections and measurements Meeting safety performance targets Maintain a clean and organized work area.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mechanically adept Attention to detail Able to prioritize and work under schedule demands Good communication skills Computer literate Able to read all precision measuring instruments Ability to read and interpret specifications EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE A
high school diploma or equivalent preferred Completion of vocational training and/or an apprenticeship Three (3) to five (5) years at a minimum preferredLANGUAGE SKILLS
Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language Ability to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful mannerMATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.REASONING ABILITY
