High SchoolResponsibilitiesAs a senior-level technician, you will partner closely with production staff and leadership to minimize downtime, champion safety, and maximize equipment reliability. Perform complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on packaging equipment, conveyor systems, electronics, and electrical panels. Carry out timely preventive maintenance, properly start up/shut down equipment daily, and inspect machines to keep production humming. Identify root causes of equipment issues by observing and listening to operating machinery, then execute swift, accurate fixes. Serve as a key technical resource by providing daily hands-on training to Machine Operators and Mechanics. Work with management to refine maintenance procedures, boost efficiency, and uphold rigorous documentation (PMs, repairs, parts usage, and machine adjustments) using a CMMS. Strict adherence to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times.
