Position Responsibilities Maintenance Technicians must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical,mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include:
