About Best Day Pools Best Day Pools is a growing residential pool service company serving the Nashville area. We've been fortunate to grow quickly and are now approaching 250 weekly service customers. As we grow, one of our biggest needs is adding an experienced repair professional who can help us expand our repair capacity. About the Role We're looking for someone with strong experience diagnosing and repairing residential pool equipment. The exact role can flex around the right person. For someone who wants it, there is also an opportunity to help train and develop other technicians and take on more field leadership responsibility over time. What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues Repair and replace pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation equipment and related components Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical and equipment-performance issues Communicate clearly with customers and our operations team Help newer technicians troubleshoot issues in the field Assist with training and development as our team grows Help us maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service What We're Looking For Meaningful hands-on experience with residential pool equipment and repairs Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Dependable and able to work independently Good communicator with customers and teammates Takes ownership and follows through Comfortable teaching and helping less-experienced technicians Clean driving record Able to pass a background check We care more about demonstrated ability than a specific number of years in the industry.
