What You'll Do Deliver professional, consistent weekly pool service Test and balance water using our advanced chemistry system Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Use our service app to document photos, notes, and completed work Support teammates and contribute to a strong, positive team culture Maintain a clean, organized, professional work truck Continuously improve your skills What Matters Most Positive attitude Team-first mindset Professional communication Reliability and consistency Coachability and willingness to grow Integrity in everything you do Experience is preferred — character matters more.

Compensation & Growth Starting Pay:

$16 per pool

Raise Track:

$18-$20 per pool within 6 months based on performance

Top Technicians:
