Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician for Emerson at Ford Park, our 280 unit residential community located in Allen, TX!At AL, we believe in you and the development of your career. Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to ALs success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technician team members will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.

Prior experience in multi-family housing as a maintenance technician HVAC Certified (Requirement)Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting abilityIrrigation knowledgeWhat ALVM Offers You:
