Job Description
Overview We are growing and looking for a dependable Crew Leader to manage residential and commercial overhead door installations. Bring your expertise; we'll provide the truck, the steady work, and top pay. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate overhead door installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes. Install, repair, and maintain various types of overhead doors, including sectional, rolling steel, and specialty doors. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods; manage heavy lifting and precise measurements. Collaborate with team members and clients to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform mechanical repairs as needed. Mentor junior installers Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction during project execution. Knowledge of electrical work related to door systems is a plus but not mandatory. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to oversee team activities while maintaining high safety standards.
