Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems across our facilities. Your expertise will keep our equipment running smoothly, enhance operational efficiency, and support a safe environment for all staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in appliance repair, HVAC system maintenance, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair while providing exceptional service to internal teams and clients alike. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install, calibrate, and upgrade appliances and mechanical systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct repairs on complex equipment such as air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, kitchen appliances, and other mechanical devices. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and reports to track repairs, inspections, and system performance. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with construction or renovation projects when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting and repairs. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems—including air conditioning—and kitchen or commercial appliances. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Leadership qualities that enable you to work independently while supporting team efforts effectively.
