This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment while demonstrating leadership skills in supervising maintenance activities. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Conduct repairs on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Oversee residential painting projects to ensure quality standards are met. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting automated systems. Operate tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as necessary. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required. Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred. Experience in supervising teams or leading projects is a plus. Skills in residential painting, welding, and general repairs are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with other departments.
