5p-5am What's the Job? Provide day-to-day coverage for production line equipment by responding to alarms, breakdowns, and production requests quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime. Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and communicate actions taken to the team so production can recover fast. Take initiative to improve preventive maintenance (PM) documents and schedules under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Leads. Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds, with some weekends and holidays required. Use manufacturing systems effectively (MES, spares inventory, and issue tracking) while partnering with Process and Equipment Engineering and cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce downtime. What's Needed? 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment and automation, or experience as an Automotive Technician, or technical military experience in lieu of a degree, or equivalent experience. Strong Siemens PLC experience highly desired. Fanuc robot experience is a plus. Familiarity with electrical/electronics, mechanical/machining, and/or automation/PLC/robotics; experience with Atlas Copco, laser welding & dispense systems is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot automation, conveyance, electromechanical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems; ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; must have command of English language, both written and verbal.
