PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. in partnership with a Fortune 500pany, is looking to hire Maintenance Mechanics to support our clients peak retail season in KatyBrookshire, TX. These fixed contract roles (with potential to be hired on) won't last long! Today!

Shift:

3rd shift 9p-7a and 2nd shift 1p-11:30p (Working Wed-Sat)

Pay Rate:

$30-35hourly plus shift differential

Duration:

Long term contract (with great potential to be hired on)!

What You'll Be Doing

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical material handling equipment, including transportation conveyors, sortation systems, and forklifts. Perform emergency mechanical repairs to failed material handling systems

Troubleshoot electrical control systems inclusive of motors, and their associated controls to the PLC output. Must have the ability to installsetup VFD's, as well as servo motor controls, and troubleshoot peripheral control devices to the PLC input.

Perform maintenance projects on conveyor systems to include: installation, removal, and process improvement changes.

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Identify and locate required repair parts for failed systems.

Maintain accurate record keeping such as: work orders, time sheets, and parts requests. (CMMS)

Your Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years mechanical maintenance experience (conveyor systems highly preferred)

Must havemand of basic manual handpower tools

• including drills, grinders, and saws.

Have the ability to weld and utilize a cutting torch.

Knowledge of paintingminor plumbinglighting.

Previous Forklift or other Powered Industrial Vehicle experience and certification (Raymond Arial Lift highly preferred)

Pay Details:

$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
