Available Benefits Help for . Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing building systems across Brookwood's residential homes, workshops, and campus facilities. This position requires a highly skilled technician with professional experience and certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems to ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of the campus. Essential Responsibilities citizens, staff, and visitors. Required Qualifications Current certification or licensure in HVAC (required).
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Journeyman or equivalent Plumbing certification (preferred).
Journeyman or equivalent Electrical certification (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of commercial or residential maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining residential communities, campuses, healthcare, or commercial facilities.
EPA Universal Certification.
Multi-trade experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills. What We're Looking For We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional who specializes in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems and can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain critical building infrastructure. Candidates with multiple trade certifications and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship are strongly preferred.
