We are looking for a motivated individual who is comfortable performing a variety of general maintenance, repair, and construction-related tasks. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks. Assist with minor repairs, installations, and upkeep. Use basic hand and power tools safely. Assist with painting, landscaping, and other general maintenance duties as needed. Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or general labor experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment. Ability to work indoors and outdoors and in various weather conditions when required. Reliable and dependable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
