Role Overview We are seeking a skilled, multi-talented Craftsman to join our team in the Burleson area. In this role, you will help local homeowners maintain, repair, and improve their homes. This position exists to provide reliable, high-quality home improvement services to our community while giving you a stable, supportive environment where you can focus on your trade. Unlike independent contract work or unpredictable 1099 gig jobs, this is a W-2 position with a consistent schedule. Our office team handles all the marketing, scheduling, customer service, and billing. What Success Looks Like On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to scheduled residential and light commercial jobs in the Burleson area. You will assess project needs, communicate clearly with customers about the scope of work, and complete a variety of small-to-medium home repairs. Projects often include carpentry, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing updates, tiling, and general home maintenance. Over time, success in this role means: Completing projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality on the first visit. Building trust with local homeowners, resulting in repeat business and positive reviews. Maintaining open, professional communication with our office dispatch team to ensure smooth scheduling and project coordination. Safeguarding your tools and managing materials efficiently to keep jobs on track. What You Need to Bring (Must-Haves)

Multi-Trade Skills:

Solid, hands-on experience in at least three of the following areas: carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing or electrical work.

Your Own Tools:

A complete set of standard hand and power tools fit for professional home repair work.

Reliable Transportation:

A dependable truck, van, or SUV capable of securely transporting your tools and occasional job materials.

Documentation:

A valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and the ability to pass a standard background check.

Communication Skills:

The ability to speak professionally with homeowners, explain repair processes clearly, and treat every home with respect.
