We have 7 facilities in North Texas that you will be responsible for. We provide a company car, gas card, and all needed work tools. Benefits:

Full-time position Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm, (on call for after-hour emergencies) Rate of pay is $19 - $21, depending on experience. Insurance and 401K savings plan available. PTO and Holiday Pay. Tools and a work vehicle are provided.

Duties:

Maintaining landscaping at all properties, including: Mowing, Weed eating, Edging, trimming bushes and trees, blowing and cleaning up. Ability to use a zero-turn mower, plus gas-powered edger and blower. Ability to do basic maintenance on zero-turn mower, plus gas-powered edger and blower. Drive the maintenance truck while pulling a trailer. Replacing and adjusting roll-up door springs. Repairs to gate operators and gate chains. Basic repairs to the gate system, key pads, and door strikes. Repair tires, replace batteries, and cables on an electric golf cart. Gutter and roof repairs Interior and exterior painting. Make readies on retail office spaces. Minor electrical tasks, such as changing light fixtures and ballasts, outlets, and timers. Disposal of abandoned Furniture and Appliances from storage units. Basic plumbing repairs and diagnosing Basic repairs and diagnosing HVAC systems Basic repairs to security cameras

Requirements:

2 years of property maintenance experience. High School Diploma or GED Candidate must be a self-starter who can perform successfully with minimum supervision. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Candidate must pass a background check. Experience with basic plumbing repairs and diagnosing is a plus. Experience with basic repairs and diagnosing HVAC systems is a plus. Experience with automatic gate systems and keypads is a plus. Experience with security cameras is a plus.
