In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a range of rental machinery, including construction equipment, landscaping tools, and other mechanical assets. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace parts, and ensure all machines meet safety and performance standards. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, cleaning and preparing equipment for rental, and assisting with inventory management. You will collaborate closely with other team members to identify equipment needs and communicate potential issues. Adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical equipment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and attention to detail are required, along with a commitment to delivering reliable equipment and excellent service to our customers.
