Job Description

Job Summary :
This is an entry-level role that is responsible for the preventative and predictive maintenance of plant machinery, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
Job Responsibilities :
Adhere to safety rules and regulations. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance tasks of the plant's mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment. Inspect equipment and machinery and recommend repair or replacement strategy. Review operating reports and inspection records to identify faulty equipment. Close out executed work orders in the company's CMMS (Fiix). Perform skilled maintenance work in emergencies. Maintain blueprints, service manuals, work orders, records and prepare reports. Perform other duties necessary to accomplish objectives.
Job Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience:
At least one (1) year of experience in the preventative maintenance and repair of plant electrical, mechanical or instrument equipment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Specific Skills:
Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies; considerable knowledge of the tools, equipment and materials. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, drawings and service manuals. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Meticulous, precise, and accurate. Critically evaluates details, data, and information.
