Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Reconcile daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to maintain clear documentation of nightly activities. Monitor hotel emergency procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols to safeguard guests and staff during overnight hours. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, reservations, or service requests with professionalism and promptness. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and phone communication with guests and internal departments. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and ensure property safety. Utilize hospitality reservation systems and property management software to update records accurately and efficiently. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests or internal teams to foster positive relationships. Support guest relations by providing personalized service and addressing special requests or concerns with a friendly attitude. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with front desk functions, night audit procedures, and hotel emergency protocols is essential. Proficiency in property management systems such as OPERA or comparable platforms is required. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest communication across diverse clientele.
