Cibolo, TX Position Summary The TPM Team Member supports the implementation and sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with operators, maintenance staff, and leadership to promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance. Position Responsibilities The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position: Participate in TPM activities such as autonomous maintenance, focused improvement, and planned maintenance Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments Identify and report equipment abnormalities or potential failures Support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts Assist in reducing equipment downtime and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements Support 4S+D and workplace organization initiatives Participate in training and continuous improvement programs Required Skills and Abilities Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operation Familiarity with maintenance concepts and tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Good communication skills Willingness to learn TPM principles and continuous improvement practices Beneficial Skills and Experience Experience in manufacturing, production, or maintenance preferred Training in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies is a plus Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or GED required.

Attendance/Work Hour Requirements Must maintain an acceptable attendance record. Must be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
