Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct appliance repair and installation, including HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical devices. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in accordance with operational standards. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation. - HVAC preferred but not required Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance across various systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations procedures in a fast-paced environment. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and problem-solving under pressure. Must be willing to work outside in any and all weather types.
