Maintenance Technician Peak Enterprises is seeking an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician to support two residential communities in Cleburne and Burleson. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in safe, well-kept properties, responsive resident service, and getting homes ready for occupancy. • Inspect buildings, homes, grounds, and common areas; identify and promptly correct unsafe conditions.
• Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, make-ready work, and routine repairs accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain records for service requests, preventive maintenance, expenses, work in progress, and home readiness.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment, appliances, locks, keys, fixtures, and community systems.
• Monitor tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies and notify management before major repairs or purchases.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure work and storage areas.
• Keep community grounds neat through mowing, weed eating, raking, sweeping, litter removal, and seasonal upkeep.
• Conduct routine home inspections, report concerns, and complete needed repairs.
• Assist with the guidance and development of maintenance staff and perform other duties assigned by management. What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of maintenance technician experience
• Working knowledge of common tools, appliances, and building maintenance practices
• Strong troubleshooting, time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work safely and independently while managing priorities across two properties
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, walk both properties, and perform hands-on maintenance duties
• CAMT certification and/or training in HVAC or building maintenance technology is preferred
• Spanish or other language skills are a plus Schedule & Location This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum schedule of 40 hours per week.

Some evenings and weekends may be required, including participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule. The Maintenance Technician will work between residential properties in Cleburne and Burleson, Texas, so reliable transportation between the two locations is required.
