In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and optimal operation of swimming pools at private residences. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional experiences for pool users while upholding the highest standards of water quality and equipment functionality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply mechanical skills, and contribute to family recreation and wellness. Duties Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing walls and floors to maintain clarity and hygiene. Perform basic equipment inspection. Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain optimal water quality standards. Operate company vehicle safely to transport equipment and supplies between job sites. Perform basic repairs, such as on pool vacuums. Document all maintenance activities, chemical levels, and inspection results accurately on Skimmer app for compliance and reporting purposes. Qualifications Prior experience with pool cleaning is highly desirable. Must be over the age of 21. Mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting is a plus, but not required. Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely while adhering to safety protocols. Familiarity with pool chemistry balancing techniques to ensure safe swimming conditions. (Training will be provided.) Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients or facility staff when needed. Outdoor work experience that demonstrates comfort working in various weather conditions.
