Full Job Description HIRING:

Part-Time Preventive Home Maintenance Technician Our growing residential preventive home maintenance business is looking for a dependable, trustworthy, mechanically inclined person to join our team!

Service area:

Lantana, Flower Mound, Argyle & surrounding areas Approximately 30 hours/week Office hours: 9am•4pm $20•25/hour , depending on experience We're looking for someone with experience in home maintenance, handyman work, construction, property maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades.

The job includes:

Performing scheduled preventive home maintenance visits Basic home maintenance and minor repairs Identifying potential problems Following a detailed checklist Taking photos/documenting findings Communicating professionally with homeowners Must have: ✔ Reliable transportation & valid driver's license ✔ Good mechanical skills ✔Professional appearance and communication ✔ Ability to work independently ✔ Ability to pass a background check ✔ Comfortable working inside customers' homes We're especially interested in someone who takes pride in their work, is honest and dependable, and enjoys helping homeowners protect their homes.
