This role will undertake the responsibility of performing maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC, installation, landscaping, etc. The typical schedule for this position Monday

• Friday from 8 AM
• 5 PM. The pay rate is between $18.50
• 20/hour, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance

Job Requirements:

Prior HVAC certification is preferred but not required. #BBL
