Job Description

Pool Cleaning Technician We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Pool Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining residential swimming pools on an assigned route, including cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, and basic equipment inspections. Previous pool experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working independently. Schedule & Pay Pay is per completed pool . As the route grows and additional pools are added, weekly earning potential will increase. Also oppurtunites to do filter cleanings for extra commission. You will initially train alongside the a current technician , learning the route, customers, pool maintenance procedures, and our service standards. The goal is for the new technician to become comfortable and capable of managing the route independently. Responsibilities Clean and maintain residential swimming pools on an assigned route Test pool water and properly balance chemicals Brush pool walls, steps, and other surfaces as needed Vacuum pools and remove leaves and debris Empty skimmer and pump baskets Identify and report equipment or water-quality problems Maintain accurate service records Communicate professionally with customers when necessary Safely handle and transport pool chemicals Keep assigned equipment, tools, and work areas organized Complete the assigned route independently and efficiently Requirements & Skills Valid driver's license Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable and able to manage an assigned route without constant supervision Comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain, and changing weather conditions Ability to perform active work, including walking and standing for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds Ability to regularly bend, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch Strong attention to detail Ability to complete assigned duties safely and efficiently High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous pool service experience preferred, but not required Training & Growth Opportunity Training will be provided with the goal of preparing you to independently manage your own pool route. There is also an opportunity for future advancement into a Pool Repair Technician position if a position becomes available. Employees interested in learning the repair side of the business may have opportunities to gain additional experience with pool equipment, pumps, filters, motors, plumbing, and other repair work. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, work independently, take care of customers, and potentially grow into a larger role with the company.

$120.00 - $210.00 per day
